Born in Florence, Aurora has been hosting guests in the city's most historic buildings for over a decade. She greets every arrival personally and is always available for recommendations, restaurant bookings, or last-minute requests.

Standard check-in is from 3pm and check-out by 11am. If you need flexibility, let us know in advance — we'll always do our best to accommodate your travel schedule.
We'll always try. It depends on the previous guest's departure and how quickly our cleaning team can turn the apartment over. Contact us a few days before arrival and we'll let you know — if the apartment isn't ready, we can store your luggage until it is.
Whenever possible, Aurora or Niccolò will meet you at the apartment in person, hand you the keys, and walk you through everything. If you're arriving late or we can't be there, we'll arrange a smooth key handover and send full access instructions in advance so nothing is left to chance.
Florence's historic centre is a ZTL (Zona a Traffico Limitato) — private cars are restricted during certain hours. We recommend arriving by public transport or taxi, and using one of the public garages nearby. We'll share the best options with your booking confirmation.
Yes, we warmly welcome families. We can arrange a travel cot or high chair on request — just let us know in advance and we'll have it ready for you.
All our homes include quality linens and towels, high-speed WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen. Every arrival is met with a welcome pack: shampoo, conditioner and body wash, plentiful toilet paper, a bottle of water per room, soft drinks, coffee and teas, and a selection of breakfast items so there is always something waiting for you.
