ARKA — meaning “ark” — is our family’s promise of shelter, care, and a journey worth remembering. Beyond hosting, we work with property owners across Florence — managing, designing, and transforming apartments into exceptional short-stay homes.

Standard check-in is from 3pm and check-out by 11am. If you need flexibility, let us know in advance — we'll always do our best to accommodate your travel schedule.
We'll always try. It depends on the previous guest's departure. Contact us a few days before arrival — if the apartment isn't ready, we can store your luggage until it is.
Whenever possible, Aurora or Niccolò will meet you in person and walk you through everything. If you're arriving late, we'll arrange a smooth key handover and send full access instructions in advance.
Florence's historic centre is a ZTL (restricted traffic zone). We recommend arriving by public transport or taxi and using a nearby public garage. We'll share the best options with your confirmation.
